How long will it take to get my order?

If you placed an order on an in stock item, we get to work on getting it to you as soon as possible. Most orders will ship 2-4 business days after the order has been placed. We're a small team over here so bare with us, and if you have any questions or concerns please shoot us an email or DM us on social media.

Our shipping is either FedEx Ground or USPS First Class and ships from Nashville, Tennessee, which means it reaches most of the country within 2-6 business days, depending on where in the country you are located.

I need to change my order, how do I do that?

Our team may be small but we work incredibly fast to fulfill orders and generally cannot be canceled or changed. In the event you need to urgently make a correction to your order, please send us an email at howdy@brokenbandit.co and we will do our best to help you.

Do you ever offer promotions or discounts?

Because we set our prices to be fair, there's not much wiggle room in terms of discounting. We will offer exclusive promos and deals, so be on the lookout for those on our email list and social media.

Believe us, we would love to sell our shirts as cheap as possible, but we refuse to sacrifice quality for the sake of saving a buck or two.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely! To quickly start a return or exchange for your order, either navigate to the customer account section of our website or click on the Returns/Exchanges tab and select the option when prompted. We strongly encourage you to check out our sizing guide before placing an order.
