Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase. If the product is not in its original packaging (the clear plastic that it was shipped in) or shows signs of wear (for example, cologne or perfume or missing tags/labels) it will not be eligible for a full refund, and a restocking fee will be applied for 25 percent of the product value.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is accepted and a return label is issued, the item must be scanned by the shipping carrier within 5 business days. Returns not shipped within this window will be automatically closed and deemed ineligible for refund or exchange. No refund or exchange can be provided on that order.

We offer free return shipping on exchanges to ensure you get the right fit. If you choose to return an item for a refund instead of an exchange, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or promotions deemed as final sale.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges on our products for up to 14 days once you receive your order. The fastest way to complete an exchange is to start a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product back to you. 

 No refund or exchange can be provided on that order.

We offer free return shipping on exchanges to ensure you get the right fit. If you choose to return an item for a refund instead of an exchange, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Threshold Abuse Policy
Our free shipping threshold is intended to reward genuine purchases, not to enable free try-ons. Orders placed with the intent to manipulate free shipping or excessive returns may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return shipping charges

  • Refusal of future returns

Examples of abuse include ordering multiple sizes or styles solely to exceed the free shipping threshold, then returning a portion of the order with no intent to keep.

We reserve the right to assess orders for abuse and enforce return restrictions accordingly to protect the integrity of our business.

Broken Bandit/Bandit Western Goods reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with our return policy guidelines, including items returned worn, used, or shipped outside the approved return window.
